  • Recovery is not an add-on here. It is part of the system. You can train, recover, or do both in one visit, in a calm, considered space designed for how people actually live.

  • We offer small-group training including pilates, functional strength, yoga, and mobility. Some classes take place in a gently heated studio, while others are non-heated. All classes focus on control, form, and long-term wellbeing rather than high impact or overload.

At launch, we will run a core timetable which will be tested and refined throughout March.

  • Recovery is delivered across two dedicated spaces:

    • The Contrast Therapy Lounge, featuring infrared sauna and cold plunge experiences as well as a shower & changing rooms

    • The Recovery Tech Lounge, featuring Therabody compression boots, massage rollers, massage guns, and Therabody red light face masks

Both spaces are designed to support physical recovery, stress reduction, and nervous-system reset.

  • Recovery sessions are self-guided. You move through the experience at your own pace and choose what feels right for you. Our team is available for orientation and support, but you are responsible for listening to your body and staying within your own limits.
